Excelente servicio, la mejor atención al cliente que he recibido en Jávea y diría que en toda España. Súper majos y atentos, se han esforzado mucho en encontrar la rueda para mi patinete eléctrico, que no es una rueda fácil de encontrar. La primera vez me la reparararon como pudieron y me ha durado 4 meses bien, la segunda me han encontrado la rueda maciza súper rápido y en 2 días tenía el patinete listo. Estoy muy contenta y definitivamente lo recomendaré a todo el que pueda.

¡Personal amable y profesional! También recomiendo sus magníficos senderos mtb semanales en áreas cercanas con entusiastas de mtb.

Posiblemente la mejor tienda de bicicletas del mundo, yo llevé para la revisión dos bicis el viernes, me llamaron tres veces para informarme y aconsejarme, el sábado las tenía preparadas, la revisión anual, gratuita porque así lo estipulan cuando te la venden, pagué 11€ por la luz trasera de una de las bicis porque se había estropeado

Excellent service. We took a bike in with rusted up brake cables, we asked for the cables and the outers to be changed, but the mechanic noticed only the end part of the outer was rusted, so they cleaned it up rather than change it to save us money. They also noticed that the gear cables had coloured end caps, and matched the new end caps to the gear cables, that’s a nice touch. Total cost was almost the same as the replacement cables in the UK. Total time taken was only two hours from drop off.

I rented bikes from them 2 times. I bought a bike and accessories. I went to them with the bike for the free revision. In all these instances they've gone above and beyond to help me with anything I asked. Exemplary service, very friendly and patient. All the best to everyone and hopefully always enjoy what you do.

Always used Xabia Bikes in Jalon until it closed recently. Waited for their new store to open in Denia. Well worth the wait. My bike was damaged after a car hit me. It is now as good as new, if not better. Great service, friendly helpful staff, professional and skilled mechanics and very competitive prices. I cannot recommend them enough. 5 Stars

Pésimo, al principio me dijeron un precio y al final me dijeron que tenia que pagar más, cosas que no dijeron al principio, por ejemplo 18€ de mano de obra por poner una rueda que no tiene mucha complicación ni siquiera me las hincharon ni limpiaron a pesar de lo mucho que me cobraron, no la recomiendo a no ser que te sobre la pasta.

This bike shop gives the best service I've experienced, including the UK. The shop is very good technically, sorted my Di2 no problem and Alex and the rest of the guys give superb customer service. Highly recommended and a great range of bikes and clothing/accessories too.

Most definitely the best bike shop around the staff are amazing, the owners are amazing too. Very good after sales and a great repair shop at the back. In 15 years never had a bad service or customer service ever. Top quality

Brilliant friendly, great service bike shop in Moraira. Staff are super professional, have great knowledge, and would highly recommend them. This is my third bike purchase, and they also sell your old bikes too!

Me han tratado bien desde la chica de la oficina cuando llame, hasta los chicos del taller, explicándome lo que le Ivan hacer a la bicicleta para la puesta apunto volveré seguro y cuando tenga que comprar una nueva seguro que será ahí. Gracias a todos.

Servicio genial. He llevado mi patinete eléctrico un jueves me dijeron que estaría listo el sábado y el viernes ya lo tenían. Dicen que sólo reparan pinchazos, el disco trasero de freno frotaba y me lo han reparado. Muy buena tienda.

Buena actitud y buen trato. He recibido trato amable y cordial con empatía, me explican las opciones y me aconsejan con buen criterio.

I have bought lot's of gear from Jávea Bikes, including my road bike. They give you free servicing for life on all new bikes. Today I bought some sunglasses, got the usual brilliant service and advice and paid a very fair price. They are very knowledgeable and always try to help.

Went to the Salon (Xalo) shop after I crashed on the Col de rates, and William sorted out all the problems with my bike and adjusted the Di2 gears to perfection. Excellent service and good value for money!

Saviours! Flanders cobbles had destroyed a drive side rear DT Swiss hub bearing two weeks prior and unknowingly I'd arrived in Denia for 9 days of suffering with plenty of play in my rear wheel, nightmare. They were the only place for miles with the specialist tools, English spoken, quick turn around and very reasonably priced.
