Tuve una colisión y la seguradora Yachtsman lo resolvió muy rápido. Encontraron un lugar en Varadero, donde era difícil encontrar un lugar, y ofrecieron una empresa para hacer las reparaciones. La reparación fue perfecta. Nota 10 para la compañía de seguros Yachtsman.

Cuando tienes un sinestro tienen contratada a una empresa que se encarga de la peritacion, realmente lo que hace es buscar la forma de NO PAGAR por lo que tienes asegurado. Dos siniestros he tenido con Yachtsman y no los ha cubierto porque tú tienes que demostrar lo que ha ocurrido con pruebas imposibles de obtener. Un robo en la embarcación no está cubierto aunque pagas por ello. NO OS ASEGURÉIS CON ESTA GRNTE OS VAN A ENGAÑAR COMO A MI EN CUANTO TENGÁIS UN SINIESTRO. Ahora para cobrar no tienen problema ni para duplicar la cuota en tres años sin siniestros tampoco.

This insurance company try their upmost to not pay out any insurance. 2 insuracne claims i have had. 1 for a bimini which because i didnt keep my receipt they would not replace after the storm we had here in Spain. Also had massive issue with Rudder, which cost 14K.after they inspected they said wear and tear.which they dont cover.this was a 2010 sailing boat perfect condition.rudder broke at sea.absolutely disgusting company.

Had a policy with Yachtsman insurance for a few years, at first all fine but when I had an incident at sea then applied a claim they sent down two engineers +two mechanics and Hadasa claims Ajuster (she was the only one helpful) Then another person.after 6months of ping pong realised I was on my own telling me to have boat lift in out at my cost promising to cover damage (got nothing) had to get boat repaired at my own cost + plus all there inspection lifts so I had use of boat. Opinion avoid insuring Boat with yachtsman insurance.
